This hotel charged me twice for my reservation last month. I went back to dispute the charge, but they were helpless. I ended up disputing the additional charge with my bank instead. They also advertise free breakfast that is a lie.

Stayed here with family and my experience was NOT as they said it was, regrettably didn't check reviews CHECK REVIEWS ALWAYS. This place was dirty, the room had dirty floors and the bathroom was small and didn't have enough towels, the drawers weren't the best and were badly made. Beds were uncomfortable and if you want any sort of warmth I recommend bringing your own blankets. Walls look like they just painted over things (the "landlord special") chairs were bad quality and the table was disgusting, didn't even get pool towels. Curtains were weirdly stiff. Make sure you get a room with service or your sol, said it was a smoke free hotel but there were smells of weed, Crack and tobacco EVERYWHERE. And if your staying for a week or so with kids I'd run far from this place, was NOT kid friendly there were creepy old men everywhere and I got an unsafe feeling everywhere. We only got one roll of toilet paper and 2 tiny bars of soap and the lotion was LIQUID and disgusting. On our last day here the freezer and fridge gave out in the morning and all our food was bad. Pool was also stained falling apart and was not cleaned the entire week we were there and yellow spots around the pool that looked like pee, drains were full of leaves and bugs. Never staying here again. Nearby activities: Food and fun places around and there's good places and things to do but that's all.
