Bob and his team are always in tune with what is happening at the work site. Wayne Bradford, the superintendent assigned to our project was super in every way. Always on top of the tasks at hand and never says no or it cant be done. We never had a harsh word and most delays a hearty laugh. I would hire RCL again for any project big or small. Regarding cost competitiveness, RCL was 10%+ below the other bidders. We have been in the remodeled house for over a year and it still looks great. Any issues that have come up after completion, Wayne was right there to address the issue no questions asked. (Very few I might add and none as a result of RCL work directly.) Wayne even completed some not contracted work and his fees were more than reasonable. Service: Remodeling

Bob Lyles and the RCL team built a new, custom designed home for me. The process was incredibly professional, construction was first class, he managed the timeframe and communicated extremely well and the outcome was beyond our expectations. RCLs post-construction follow up was equally superior - helping us as we needed assistance and guidance.

I have seen there work. I know a lot of their employees. Would I hire them? Absolutely. My problem was being told they would call back and didn't. If you're ok with that you'd probably give them 5 stars. The quality of their work is as good as anyone in town. I heard the owner was great to work for. That was my intention.

We are so thankful to RCL for transforming our house into our dream beach home! We cannot say enough about RCL! We can honestly say that Bob Lyles and his entire staff have been consistently professional, fair, and provided excellent, high-end workmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire process! We would be remiss if we didnt mention Patrick Rye, RCL project manager, for his tireless efforts to ensure we were always pleased. There could not have been a better representative to oversee our detailed project.... the best of the best!
So many neighbors have commented that our home is the nicest in our development... and we agree!! Thank you RCL!!
