        Would you think a company that pulls permits from the City of Orlando to install a front door would know it is code that the door must have a peephole? I did and the City failed my inspection. Three weeks after the install, they still haven't come back to finish the job and put in a peephole. JOB INCOMPLETE!!! If you use Lowe's for your work, make sure this company isn't your contractor.

      A peep hole was not in your contract for us to install. Yes you are correct it does need a peep hole. But we also did not pull your permit, when installing through Lowes, We follow our contract and the materials we are given. We would be more than happy come to install the peep hole. We will notify Lowes to get one ordered and get it installed. 3/22/24- LOWES GAVE US THE GO AHEAD FOR PEEP HOLE AND IT WAS INSTALLED :)
