Curtis and his team at Melillo Const. did an amazing job of removing a load bearing wall and installing a beam. The response and completion time were phenomenal! Curtis came in, listened to what I wanted, offered quality advice, had the appropriate team members come to the job to inspect/prepare before we even agreed to hire them. Curtis explained his plan very well and kept us informed every step of the way. His price and communication were much better than any of the others local contractors. I have and will continue to recommend Melillo Const. to anyone that needs fast/high quality work done. 10/10 will use again.
