Ive shopped here many times and always had a pleasant experience. Today, that was not the case. I could hardly fit my double stroller through the store, being this is a childrens clothing store you would think it would be more accommodating. Then, at checkout, it was not offered to open/use my Carters Card. I asked to use my Carters card and entered all of the information in and wasnt asked for my ID. The cashier proceeded to continue with the transaction after saying Your drivers license is issued by FL correct?. I have Apple Pay on my phone and my phone was too close to the reader, and it canceled the transaction out. The cashier was annoyed and rudely said something about it so I ended up needing to use Apple Pay anyways. I was caught off guard as this typically isnt anywhere close to the experience I typically have here. Ill shop online.
