Exceptional service and dedication to their clients to always be there, be available, and to see it through to the end. Never afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what needs to be done to get issues resolved and ensure the client is pleased. I would recommend Coffey and Company to anyone looking to buy or seller a home or condo.

Brandy was nothing short of awful!! From the moment I first spoke to her from out of state she seemed completely uninterested in anything we were looking for, she didnt even want to hear any of that until we took some silly quiz. It was almost impossible to get any time with her outside of that first conversation, she is so self important and is used to only dealing in the millions. We didnt wanna go over 700 K and she constantly made us feel like we were not important due to this. We ended up finding the home ourselves. She kept sending listings well over a million despite us saying please tailor the search results to be within our budget. Once we were signed around, we knew we wanted new floors installed and didnt know any contractors in the area and so we figured we would use her remodel branch of her company to install our tile floors. We have a home that is 3300 ft. and paid over $40,000 cash to her to have hollow tiles installed on purpose because HER contractor failed prepare the floor or level it. We tried to reach out to her to explain the issues, and she kept dodging us. She was having a picnic and invited her clients so we showed up there and at the end respectfully tried to get a word with her to see if she could come check out the horrible work and to come up with a solution with us and she refused. She was extremely rude to my husband and said she would only speak to me moving forward. The shoddy work that her remodel company did she did not acknowledge until we threatened lawsuits and even then she ignored us and made us deal with her GC. We waited months to have another company come in and cut out tiles to repair them. We had to go around our house taping tiles to show which ones were hollow and they only agreed to repair/replace a small percentage of those. The contractor even used tiles from a different batch that didnt match. Obviously mistakes and issues can happen with contractors but we trusted her and the way that she handled the situation has left us with PTSD. We would never use her and not only that we tell as many people as possible as often as possible how horrible she was! Dont be fooled by her telling you that she mentors over 200 realtors, she only has a very tiny team and again only cares about money and herself and her GC actually told us that. The delays on the work caused us to have to rent an air bnb for extended time and then we were bounced around hotels and finally had to move in with it still unfinished. We even had to power wash the mess the contractors left and to scrub the residue off the floors left from excess grout. If I could give Brandy a -100 I would do that!!
