The Suncoast Life with Kim Stephens

Kim was outstanding as a realtor. We were not in the area and selling our deceased parents' home. Kim helped facilitate all of the steps necessary to get the house ready to show with minimal cosmetic updates. She also coordinated the staging and updated us weekly on the status of the home. We ended up having to put a new roof on our home and she was "boots on the ground for the project". We also had a few maintenance items come up and she always had a recommendation for a service provider. Kim was efficient, organized and very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend her.

I've worked with real estate agents all over the country, and Kim out-shines them all. I can talk all day about her knowledge of local markets and how she worked so very hard to ensure we ended up with a super sale, but I still wouldn't be doing her justice.
