I just walked in Staples to get business cards and the employee told me he was leaving and I had to do this on line!! Another employee said he would help me after I was walking out. I tried doing this on line but had difficulties so thats the reason I stopped by the store. They have lost my business!!

I had to do a book return I had purchased on Amazon. The email I received stated my return would be done and refund processed within 2-4 hours.
Less than an hour later, I HAD MY REFUND!! I am thoroughly impressed and wanted to share my happiness with others!
Make sure to visit Staples in Venice! They do a wonderful job!!

I've had continuing PC problems lately. Staples, where I purchased my PC, was very patient and mist definitely helpful to fixing the software issues for me. Took a few days, but they worked a miracle....at no charge...PC still under warranty!

Called the store to get print help and had the misfortune to speak to a real jerk. I will vote with my dollars and go elsewhere.
