        Ned was exceptionally helpful with a program we were working on and it had a tight deadline! Also , the printer spit them out wrong and the fold was reversed and he took the extra time to refold 150 programs even when he didnt have to. He went above and beyond and help us in our time of need!

        I called the store before heading there. The voice message said it was open till 8pm so off we went. Not so! We got there at 7:01 and it was locked up tight! I wonder what the store manager has to say about this inconsistency that put us out through no fault of ours! We tried!
