We were away in a trip and my daughter was watching the house when the A/C stopped working. This team responded quickly and within one day we had a new unit installed and at a very competitive price. They kept in touch with me long distance every step of the way and the install team was very nice and professional ( and worked hard in 95+degree weather!). Thank you Scott and team!

Our AC died around 7PM on July 5 during a period of extreme heat. I found Scott Temples on Angi's list and called. He and his Tech were there within half an hour. Our 13 yo compressor was toast. Scott said he could install a new system by the next afternoon. True to his word his Tech was there at 10:00 next morning followed by Scott and another guy. They work through intermittent thunderstorms and by 3:00 PM our brand new Carrier compressor and air handler were cooling our house. Scott gave us a good deal and I can't say enough about the prompt, efficient courteous service from him and his crew. I certainly recommend Temples AC and Heating. My old unit(29) years old, needed to be recharged with some Freon. After doing some research, I found Temple A/C on line and decided to call them. Talked to Scott the owner and explained my situation.Since R22 Freon is not easily accessible, Scott said he can do this and being Honest that it will be expensive (around $1800.00 /)$2000.00) and not a guarantee how long that the Unit will last the time period I was looking for . After speaking with my Wife, we decided to call Scott to purchase a new Unit. Talked with Scott and got a Fair quote on a new Unit and Hired Him. The next Day, Scott and his Technician Chris showed up on the scheduled time and started to work. Within 4 Hours the new unit was installed and Operational. During the Installation, I observed how much that they BOTH were Perfectionist. This is Truly an Honest Company , and I will Highly Recommend Temples A/C and Heating to my Friends and Neighbors in our Community. Louis Petty 1/6/2024 Scotts commitment to Customer Service proved to be compared to no one. He went out of his way , driving to St. Petes to get a Heating Element that He had installed tonight, instead of waiting till the morning so I had Heat. Scott and His Technician BRYAN arrived at 6:30 PM and completed the repair by 7:45 PM. Bryan was a very skilled technician and accomplished to perfection the Removal and Replacement of the Heating Element, and examined that everything was in order and to my satisfaction before His departure.
