please stay away from this place, not eager and professional to provide assistance to a customer and didn't even show up for the scheduled appt for repair my fridge. After I placed the claim i had to wait 3 days and even though I left a message they still didn't call back. If this is how they act imagine how the actually work?? pathetic

After reading the reviews and rates, I know why I could never get in touch with them. My home insurance company assigned them for my appliance repair, they never called me as other insurance partners always do, I called them and left messages, no callback; I email them, no reply. I do not know how their actual repair work goes, but I decided to call my insurance company and request another technician. Maybe that is my luck that I was not able to have them here according to the google reviews.

DO NOT USE ! Please read the reviews bc they are very accurate on the "Do Not Use" part. I would advise to not use them. I also have AHS with my home and I am not going to renew with them when it is time because of the issues I have had specifically when air boss is involved as the contractor - the customer service run around I get every time I call is ridiculous. I need my oven fixed and I have called AHS for updates from air boss and have been told they haven't even sent in the diagnostic report to AHS yet to know what's going on. Its been weeks at this point. I have called air boss, no answer. AHS has called them 6 TIMES, 7 including this morning, no response, messages have been sent to them, messages have been left on voicemail to them - nothing. ONCE a lady answered, her response when pulling this "We are working on it" and HUNG UP THE PHONE. Hung. Up. Are you kidding me? I have NEVER had a company be this inconsiderate and unreliable. I spoke with AHS when they assigned Air Boss as my contractor this time (bc they've been here before) and asked them to change the contractor because I have already had terrible experience with this company in the past on other services and did not want them coming or assigned. I do not recommend and if its AHS that you have, tell them to change the contractor before they fully assign them out. I didn't even get a call from Air Boss when they were assigned, I had to call AHS back after 4 days and no call to schedule an appt to even come out. AHS called and then after a day Air Boss called me and said they were about 10-15 minutes away. I laughed and said I wasn't home, which I wasn't - but they didn't even call me to confirm the appt to come out before hand. So then I had to reschedule for them to come out, 4 days later. My best recommendation, do not use this contractor. Im still having issues with them and no responses on messages left, calls made, and my oven is still broken. I could go on and on - but just know, if its good customer service you like in contractors or in general - don't expect it from them. Def don't expect a timely manner on things or even updates provided - ever. Hope this helps.

I have AHS. Airboss Mechanical was sent out to service my system. After less than 5 minutes of being in my home, I was told my coils needed to be cleaned I told him they were cleaned less than 6 months ago. I contacted another company which informed me my coils were not dirty but reflective of being 13 years old. They said they needed to be replaced. I called AHS the very next day only to find out that their report stated that there was mold in my AC I UNIT Ai. These people are complete liars and very unprofessional. Not only is there no mold that was seen by the second company they also lied about going and looking at my unit out back. Cameras do not lie and American Homeshield will be given the footage of them being in my home for 10 minutes max. Please do not use this company. Service: AC repair
