Rosie has been very helpful in assisting myself, on top of this the rest of the branch staff are very friendly and welcoming.

My husband has had an account with Chase for many years. I recently opened an estate bank account for use until an estate was settled. That account has since been closed. I went to this bank today to simple get change. They informed me that they couldnt make any change for over $100 without a debit card. Very disappointing that our years of loyalty meant nothing when it came to simply getting change. No worries though, I went two blocks down and Fifth Third was happy to take care of all my needs - with a smile. Perhaps its time to consider whether Chase really meets our needs anymore.

Im so disappointed with this branch and Chase Bank as a result. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Trying to help someone that doesnt speak English. Reviewed all the requirements the day before with the branch manager. An hour later we got no where. Makes me seriously consider moving my business elsewhere.
