        I was a bit disappointed that finance got me to lock in my rate at high interest; they said the rate was locked in when it dropped a week later; the house was closed at the time, and my driveway was cut short, only 16ft wide. In comparison, other houses in the neighborhood side car garages were about 26ft. I emailed Jeff Satterfiej, but he has not replied regarding the driveway. There is still work that needs to be done. It has been over a month. I tried emailing Scott, the CEO of Maronda Homes, but I had no luck. Laura and Brian were the only help and staff I had contact with. What a bout driveway other are 26 feet wide ?T hey just pour lot 71 it is 20 feet wide date poured jan 31,2024 this is a side car garage . This is the only way I can contact Maronda Homes sad neil patel
