Let's just say nobody around my room slept until the sun came up and there's a bad smell in the hallway stay away, bed was adequate room itself ok waking up all night not so good.added bonus when putting luggage up extra used needles by my car.

Avoid this place. Piece of glass in bed cut my friend in back during night. Manager didnt even apologize. Cockroach. Dirty and smelly rooms. Disgusting breakfast.

Decent hotel if you know what to expect. Don't expect internet though. Intermittent at best.

Today I am extremely disappointed. I stayed at this hotel many times over the years as a diamond member and the service was extremely professional and Five Star All The Way. In the last month I have stayed here six times and I am finding that the clientele is extremely rude barging in at the counter while you're in the middle of a transaction and the staff not admonishing them to just wait a minute until they finish with me. The staff member today told me there's nothing he can do he's not allowed to say anything but I can't accept that I can't accept people being rude and I can't accept staff that have no control over the counter. This is not the choice quality that I have become accustomed to or have experienced in the past. I have canceled my pending reservations!
