Rooms: I read and hear so many people complain about how outdated places are. I have been an independent designer since 1997. Too many people watch hgtv and spend endless of money renovating homes.I should know I have designed over 200 homes in my career. But remember you get what you pay for.Yes they can renovate, but you will be paying about 300 a night like other places.But even the last time I stayed at a Marriott and paid 200 for a night the tub had mold.So keep that in mind next time you complain Nearby activities: Aside from the beaches and endless amount of stores near by you have a beautiful park a 1/4 mile down the street. Anderson park Safety: I have never had nor seen an issue. Never hear other people at the hotel being loud and never heard of or seen any car break-ins. Walkability: Plenty around to eat, you have Walmart if you need essentials and plenty of restaurants. Food & drinks: Theres plenty of places to eat at and you can walk everywhere. Not to mention Dunkin and Publix are basically right next door so you never go without a snack Noteworthy details: I have traveled through the area several times for years and I always choose staying here. The staff is amazing. You can actually have a conversation with them vs other places that seem they dont even want to make eye contact. And i admire the fact that they care about keeping their hotel clean. Yes its an old building, and as a designer and construction manager I know how difficult it is to maintain structures that are continuously being used. But they do a great job.

Excellent Hotel. Super friendly staff. Front Desk very helpful with all my needs. Clean and very maintained well. Excellent Price! Definitely worth the your stay. Rooms: Super clean with friendly housekeeping staff! Safety: Very safe and secure! Noteworthy details: Heated pool and BIG Jacuzzi!
