Ive had a horrible experience with this company. Their pricing is not honest and upfront at all. There were several houses that flooded in my street and we all used him, then we came to find out that he was pricing differently to each one of us. Houses with similar square footage had different prices and he charged whatever he wanted above what insurance is paying. I have been trying to find a solution and get him to price whats fair and not gauging his prices during a stressful time like a flood. Ive had no luck to get them to give me a fair market price. They have had similar conversations with my neighbors regarding their prices and ways of working.
If you are going to use them get pricing ahead of time and make sure your insurance will accept their work and pricing.
Its unacceptable that companies take advantage of natural disasters to make more profit and operate in such a dishonest manner.

Brian is amazing, The assigned crew was responsive and the office staff was very attentive. They worked directly with my insurnace company and adjusters all i had to do was sign a check. 10/10 Service. Services: Flood restoration, Flood cleanup
