I never had to worry about a conflict of interest because they don't offer remediation services either which made it even better since they were 100% honest with what needed to be done going forward without any hard sell attempts from their team members at all. Mold Experts of Tampa arrived promptly after we scheduled our appointment- just as promised with his company's name plastered all over their truck. We explained our issue of dampness throughout certain areas of our home caused by an apparent refrigerator leak; not something any homeowner should have to deal with alone without help.
