I recently purchased a newly built home in Wesley Chapel, I have only lived in the home for 4 months and had a huge water leak that ran from my front entry, into my living room dining room to my kitchen and kitchen eat in. My builder had their own remediation company come out tear down half of my house take down my kitchen cabinets, stove, microwave etc. In the end they did not want to complete the job in the kitchen. I hired Tampa bay mold to come out and give an unbiased opinion take samples and give me a full report. David was super informative did his diligence and took mold samples. This company was great to work with start to finish. Everyone in the front office was extremely nice and easy to work with during a time of frustration and chaos.
