image I am very impressed with the customer service level from Dririte. I didnt have major water damage, but they treated my issue with urgency and brought their equipment to my home as soon as possible. Cristian was very thorough with his setup making sure it was done correctly to prevent any further damage. Cristian was very kind and answered all of my questions. Reiss also made sure to check on the water spot before removing the equipment from my home a few days later. Reiss answered all of my restoration questions and provided me a timeline for the next steps. I would recommend using Dririte for any water damage restoration in your home.

image So I had a leak on 19 th of February 2024 I was at work my son called me and informed me about the leak I called redcap plumbing company and they had recommended me Dririte I called the company and they sent Christian to the house I had explained him that i dont have that much coverage for the water damage he said dont worry we will take care of it then he made me sign a paper saying that he will not start until you so this I was so overwhelmed and I did sing a paper after that he called at least 3 trucks and bunch of people they install their equipments and during I was talking to my insurance and I was told that I have a limited coverage anyway after 2 days i told them to take their equipment since half of the fans were just put in there to add the # of fans they came and took their equipments says they are not going to responsible for any mold then they sent a bill of $24000 for 2 days of work to insurance company lesson 1 never get panic and call those remediation companies it is a big scam please read the paper and always ask how much it will cost to get it done and get those in writing now I am going to sue them since those rates were never disclosed to me be alert and dont fall into traps
