I don't typically write reviews, but I had an excellent experience working with Melissa Wolf, my account manager at Unlimited Restoration Inc. As the Chief Engineer for the Fairfield By Marriott hotel on Clearwater Beach, I had a small project that needed to be completed quickly and efficiently. In order to avoid guest inconvenience, I wanted to conduct the repair near the ice machine smoothly and without causing any disruption to our guests. I am grateful that Melissa's team understood what was required. They began the repair early and completed it swiftly, so our guests were not impacted by this minor repair. We are very thankful for the planning and the seamless process, and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

URI team did an excellent of redoing the bathroom shower & flooring for a water leak at home. I would like thank Kogan, David & Igor who helped us through this whole process with clear communication from start to the completion. They showed true professionalism and were very courteous. Always responded to any of my queries with timely responses and explanations. The work got completed to our satisfaction. Thanks again to you all for getting this job done well!

These guys do phenomenal work! Some of my original 1940s oak floors were damaged by a burst pipe. Unlimited restoration has done such an amazing job and they were able to keep a lot of my original floors. Their customer service and communication is absolutely top notch!! I truly appreciate all the help from David, Igor and Kogan! I hope I never need more restoration work but if I do they will be the first company I call. You wont be disappointed!! Im happy with their phenomenal work!

My words cannot fully express what a pleasure it was to have Chris Viera of Unlimited Restoration of Tampa work on the mold remediation in my kitchen. From the initial inspection to completion of the mold remediation he communicated to me every step of the way. Always arriving to my home on time and with a smile. His expertise in his field is evident in his knowledge and workmanship. His attention to detail and care assuring that there wasnt any mold left in my kitchen was an answer to my prayers. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Chris and thank him for all his hard work and dedication I appreciate him making my home healthy again for my family.
