        Great assistance from the desk upon my call asking info for a one way rental return from Portland Oregon to Tampa. Turned the 16 ft truck in about noon on Wednesday 2/28/24. It was fairly busy but we got in and out within 20 minutes and on to the Airport . I cannot recall the gentleman's name , I did take his picture to add to my review and the process of filling out this review, no option to add the pic! Truck was great, drove it 3200 miles...

        Excellent experience, price was unbeatable. Great customer service. Only nit was I had to take a larger truck that needed some front end work, but we made it 17 hours without an issue. This was my 4th recent rental experience, two Penske and two Uhaul. I would pick Penske first as I have the last two times hands down. A Corp store like this is preferable to a location like home depot for better customer service and selection.

        A mutual friend of mine and my cousin used this office to rent a van for college reasons and had no issues with this company whatsoever staffers were friendly and the store itself never fails to please anyone, cargo van was squeaky clean and no troubles he ordered the brand new 2023 ford 350 transit cargo van from you folks that exceeded his needs. I would recommend again and again and would use them myself if i have the chance to!
