Great 5 star customer service . The guys in here are on top of things and really care about the customers needs. They always treat me and my wife with the outmost respect. Best place in the area for top notch Tires. 10/10 because Juan and his crew really strive for the best possible customer service possible. This place is a very busy location and he and the team always have a great attitude and really care about their customers and their vehicles. Very trustworthy manager Juan and his crew. Great experience. We had a work pickup truck with a flat tire from a nail at a construction site 5pm on a Friday night. We were able to get the truck to this location before they closed at 6pm. They not only fixed the flat, but also repaired slow leak on a second tire. (Next morning) This slow leak was brought to the dealership twice for repair, but the dealership was never able to locate the issue. They clearly identified the issue and repaired everything at a reasonable price.

If I could post less stars I would. I was in an emergency situation with a flat tire and had to pull off of the interstate. I parked my car there overnight and called first thing in the morning. I asked them to please let me pay them to put my spare on for me so that I can get back on the road and he flat out told me no that he wasnt going to get to it today. Never mind that it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to change a tire!!!!! I pleaded with him in despair and still, he was condescending. My entire day is ruined, and my car is at risk of getting towed. I will never ever go back to this place again, or recommend it to anyone even if I have to drive to the other side of the city. Never go here, they wont help you

The manager, Marcos Acosta, goes the extra mile to pull the wool over your eyes. I went in for a rear brake pad&rotor replacement on my BMW 528i. I asked for all OE parts. Acosta assured me that all parts are original BMW. I was surprised at the lower price and asked him is he sure everything is OE and he said yes. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked to see the invoice and the guy said that the bill does not print until I pay for it, I can only see the tech's notes. I asked again if everything is OE, and he said yes. (I found out later that it is illegal to not show the bill before payment) After I paid and I saw the invoice, the rotors were Carquest rotors that are $50 at Advanced Auto Parts and Acosta charged me $97 for each rotor. After a heated dispute Acosta did not care about my experience and told me to pay the overage if I wanted to get the BMW rotors. Disputed the charge with my credit card company, never again using Firestone.
