Well the good news is they offer free wifi. Which you can use when you wait 90 minutes before you are told the proctologist is still on a "procedure". First patient of the day, changed my appointment from 1pm to earlier at the clinic's request. 25 fee if late or no show, but patient was not offered the same for this office incompetency.

Went to get a fix to my spine. Waited over a month for an appointment. Kyphoplasty is a 20 minute fix to compression fractures. I had 2 of them. The back doctor (won't say his name) never smiled, was not polite, said I'll have to live with this the rest of my life and there's no surgery to fix a compression fracture -_- oh and even better, there's a surgery center attached to the building.
He told me physical therapy. When he got annoyed at me asking if surgery was an option he brought in a physical therapist who tried setting me up with another physical therapist out in town -_-
Take my advice and steer clear of this place. If you want a doctor who aims to FIX the problem and help get walking again with 0 pain, then go to another doctor. Worst hospital experience I've ever had.
