The 3 guys that's on the floor didn't even come to us to ask did we need a size, help, if we even had a question. But here's the KICKER 2 of them standing there looking at us, 1 with his phone out, talking away, instead of working...
So I walked to them & said "You two standing there talking, phone out, looking up at us, but not checking if we need help"
then they want to apologize & ask if we need help, I said NO why ask now when they wasn't concerned all the time before, I really was going to leave & seriously considering returning my items.
I went to the desk & had the kid help me up there.
The professionalism has kicked rocks from this location & I'm extremely SHOCKED!
