Future customer service tip- NEVER EVER assume someone is pregnant! I had an employee come up to me, touch my stomach, and ask when I was a due. I AM NOT PREGNANT!!!!! As a 23 yo female recovering from an ED, this sent me home. I was disgusted, and still am. Even if someone is pregnant, it is NOT appropriate to touch anyone's body without consent. After going over past reviews, I have concluded that this associate was probably Holly (based on appearance description). For a store that is known for selling out of style, fast fashion, this particular location needs to be humbled. And how many bad reviews does one associate need to get before they are removed? In the year 2023, I thought we were over the body shaming. Unreal.

BEWARE OF HOLLY!!! ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I wanted to do was make a return and maybe browse around in person. Holly was extremely rude when I was making a return and implied that I was wasting her time when I could have done it online instead. Not sure why she lashed out at me instead of doing her LITERAL JOB!

13 year old daughter bought 15 dollar sale necklace 30 minutes later it broke she went back to ask for assistance or exchange and was turned away. We get it $15 you get what you pay for. Her lesson was learned.. Francescas sells junk

Horrible customer service from ONE lady, Holly a middle aged women with glasses. I came to return some items I bought online that didnt fit right. She told me to ship it back because, It takes away from HER time and now she cant take care of the customers in the store. I am a customer too and its absolutely ridiculous to talk to a customer that way! Its her job to take care of purchases AND returns. Unprofessional.
