I come here often to get my Modeling Comp Cards, Resums and etc printed. Very affordable with amazing quality! The staff is also helpful and hospitality is on point. I do want to give the team member Xavier M a review as well. Working with multiple customers, very attentive and fast! Good job Fedex for hiring ethical professionals like Xavier, definitely has amazing potential anywhere and he does his job well and knows his position with detail. GREAT JOB!

It always seems to me that the demands of working at FedEx shipping can be kind of crazy. When I meet someone who is calm, competent, and good natured, it makes for a much better experience. Luckily I had Xavier help me today which just made my experience quick and pleasant.

FedEx should be embarrassed by the customer service not provided by its employees at this store front. I encountered George who was intentionally unhelpful and refused to assist me in any way with tracking my package. I had a door tag showing that FedEx tried to deliver a package but George insisted there was no package and FedEx had no package to even deliver me or hold for me. This place was the worst!

One star because every time Terrance has to do some thing it takes 30+ minutes and I have to wait for another rep to become available for help. The previous girl, Katherine, who was there was wonderful, the other new gentleman is great, but Terrance I dont know how he does what he does. this is all my opinion from my experience.
