        This is the best UPS store in the area! I drive from Wesley Chapel just to come to this location because the staff are amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, extremely extremely extremely patient with Amazon returns. I hope the owner appreciates their employees because they truly go above and beyond.

        Its 11:23 and you guys have been open since 8:30 and no one is answering the phone very inconvenient

        Worst service ever!!! I had two packages and They swapped the wrong package to wrong address. I emailed the label to their email. They printed it and mailed it. I contacted the owner and he refused to own up to it, even though I have all the receipts and they have the camera surveillance to show what happened. He offered $150 for my items out of his pocket quote he says. I paid $440 for my item, Are you kidding me??? The company would not refund me because they received the wrong box with the wrong items. I dont blame them. Hes stealing peoples property and making money from it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They're an absolute joke. Im not giving up they are responsible for this mistake and wont own up to it. I will continue to leave reviews and Im gonna go above and beyond. Lets see if his reputation is worth this mistake they did. AVOID AVOID AVOID
