        Amy is the best! Friendly, efficient, and knows exactly what box, envelope, overnight envelope, etc.. is needed to make sure your package or envelopes get to the right place at the right time. Amy and Linda are efficient, kind, respectful, and are a well oiled machine.

        Wonderful customer service at this location! Erica is the most positive, happy person! She always greets you with a smile and asks how your day is going. She will go above and beyond to help you. It always makes my day when I walk in and see her behind the counter. Her sunny disposition and energetic attitude is so refreshing. Kiki is also so kind and helpful! The employees at this store truly care about the level of customer service they provide. I would not go anywhere else for my mailing needs. Erica and Kiki are terrific!

        I've used this UPS store for years. Erika is the best -- knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and friendly. If there is a line of people waiting, she always acknowledges those waiting to let them know that she'll be with them shortly, and tries to multi-task when possible.

        Alyssa at the store was charging me the wrong price and when another young lady working at the store corrected her she got angry with me and gave me terrible customer service so I would never recommend a friend to come back to the store and I won't be coming back here either
