        The man who runs this location is so nice and helpful and I really like how calm he is even when theres a huge queue of people. I know thats a strange reason to like a location but its pleasant and efficient here.

        I can't give Paul any stars, my mom passed 12/22/22. I was shipping her flowers to have them preserved. I was told by Paul to bring them in and he would help and make it happen. So my husband & I brought the flowers, cooler & ice packs. We packaged the flowers quickly. This was Friday, Jan 13, 2023 and was a overnight delivery from Tampa to Texas. We paid $382.65 for overnight as the receipt reads: NEXT DAY AIR EARLY RES. The Texas company did not receive the flowers until Mon, January 16, 2023. Paul refuses to refund me the overnight extra we paid. It took 3 days to get there. Paul where is my refund See Yelp complete review 1/17/23. And BBB Aka: Regenia
