My delivery preferences with UPS are set to "rear door" however, it is incredibly rare that a UPS driver actually follows those instructions. 2 packages worth a combined $330 have been missing since last Thursday and I'm unable to submit a claim on UPS's website since these 2 packages were apparently outsourced to USPS. Now I need to pay $20/year in order to get future packages delivered to an access point to ensure my packages don't go missing all because your driver's can't take 5 seconds to deliver a package to my back door as specified? WOW.

I submitted an online order through the official ups website for a last minute print for a conference I was attending. It all went through and my credit card was charged but when I went to pick up my order they told me they dont receive online orders (comparing the system to uber eats?). I sent them my file and they printed out my flyers on regular paper. Right after I left the store, I got a message that my order was moved and completed at a different store. I got charged triple what the prints were worth by ordering online and now I am unable to get a refund because the order was already completed even though I no longer need them. Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

Amazing service & great staff! The owner, Malcom, goes above & beyond to make your experience seamless.
I know parking at this location is not ideal, however if you call ahead, they will work with you to make your visit as quick as possible which makes up for the parking. There is street parking which is usually available (depending on the time of day).
Highly recommend this store!
