      image Called to verify notary. No answer. Phone recording says rotary always present. Left VM requesting return call and got no response. Showed up to find no notary. One employee on site. New hire not familiar with UPS services.

      image Whoever answered the phone on 10/3/23 at 4:47pm was awful and rude with absolutely no customer service skills. They most likely lied on their application and hate showing up for work. I called 2 location before this and both location were able to answer my question with ease. It was obvious this person was having a bad day or simply did not want to find the answer. When she told me she couldnt give me the answer I asked why if 2 location did before her and all of a sudden the answers appeared. I understand you might hate your job but have the decency to at least be nice or just dont answer the phone. Im happy to take my business somewhere else.
