Used this property and location to rent/pick up a u-haul vehicle! The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor. Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.

The new manager Steve has a nasty mouth towards women, seems like he wants to control the situation and if he can't he yells and screams at them, this company can't seem to to hire competent people to run this place....

Went to get some boxes from here and my card with plenty of money got declined. On my end it was showing they still charged me. They said wait a couple days and the charge will fall off and it didnt. I got charged for a product I didnt get and its been almost a week having to call my bank and them to try and get my money back.
