we have a delivery every week from Kevin Bamlal and he is the most polite, sweet, understanding, and helpful driver that we have ever had. He is always so professional and courteous when he is here.

I've been dealing with uniform companies for 35 years. Unifirst is by far the worst uniform service company I've dealt with. I get 13 sets of uniforms but just work 5 days a week so I should have extra uniforms but I've had to take uniforms home a wash them more weeks than not. Tried to get different size shirts still haven't got them. You use straight leg jeans for (work )jeans they don't go over( work) boots. Uniforms come back looking like they were rinsed in cold water and dried still dirty. Wish company would fire Unifirst and get a real uniform company.

Horrible customer service. Was transfered 5 or 6 times, was told I didn't have an account, even though they come and pick up my dirty uniforms every week, then told i have to call a different number and they told me that they don't pick up and clean uniforms. Really Because the big green truck comes every week and picks up dirty uniforms and drops off clean ones

I hired Unifirst because I wanted to improve my 15 Electricians image. I wanted our image standardized so everyone is wearing the same thing, no stains or damage and all of them to look great! I don't like the Unifirst work pants, more importantly, if not all, most of my Electricians and Apprentices don't like the pants. They are such a big baggy fit they dont look good and my staff dont feel good wearing them so they dont. If I knew what I know now I would have when interviewing uniform companies, first found the uniform I really liked and my staff liked. And not just tried on but also wore enough and had a few staff try on and wear to know for sure it really works. Things just have to fit properly. Other than the pants we still use their shirts and they have provided us with great service.

This is by far the worst customer service experience ever I never received my full uniform order and the company started charging me full price for partial service after I called to try and settle my account they told me to call their lawyer who doesnt return phone calls after me and Tony Maralrs came to and agreement for me to settle my account the lawyer has yet to return my phone call also Tony doesnt want to come to the phone after the driver on my route wasnt servicing my location correctly or my employees never received their complete uniform order made me switch my current company saying I would save money for me to spend more money I never agreed to now the driver or the salesman is currently employed for the company bad experience bad customer service the worst uniform company ever STAYYYYYY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR CROOKED ATTORNEY
