        The manager was very confrontational and accused me of not being a legitimate company to be able to use net30 terms granted by corporate. Will NEVER return to this location!! Grainger needs to hire more professionals instead of grumpy old men!!

        Took shoes in to trade and 1 of the employees did return wrong! We sat her arguing with 1 of the employee and we asked for a manager and the manager would not come out and talk to us! I think thats the craziest thing everWhy wouldnt a manager come n resolve an issue.Bad Business!! Branch 837
