Patrick achieved the impossible and its absolute perfection. We started our home search with him on June 3rd 2023 and that Saturday was the only Saturday we needed. He found a home that was exactly what we were looking for in the location we wanted. The home had only been listed for 24 hours and there were multiple people interested in it. Patricks offer strategy was amazing and we went under contract for our dream home two days later. Patrick and his team made sure the entire process was as smooth as possible. Within days we had a plan from then until closing that included inspection, appraisal, and everything else needed to buy a house. Patrick stayed in contact with us and answered any questions we had regarding the process. We are so grateful to Patrick and his team. We wouldnt go through this with anybody else.

Patrick is a great guy, easy to work with while being a true professional. He knows the Tampa market well and was always available the same day when we had questions. Highly recommend him. In addition, Patrick has a great website where you can target an area for your search by drawing lines around the area on a map. Any homes for sale meeting your criteria in that area will be emailed to you daily, weekly...what ever frequency you like. I really liked that feature.
