Sophie Lewis is the absolute worst realtor I've ever encountered. If you're looking for someone that constantly forgets who she works for, then youre in luck. She will do anything, to include try and get you to pay for things that you told her to put in the contract, to get her check. In the end if you choose her, expect to pay at least $1000 in things she doesn't catch or write into the contract when you tell her too. Find another realty group!

Outstanding representation Brad went above and beyond in representing me in my real estate purchase. I have used his services in a transaction prior to this and I will have him represent me in any future transaction. He is highly knowledgeable and very personable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Purchase of a condo through Brad Monroe of Suncoast Reality Solutions If this were a rating experience of 1-10, Id have to give Brad a 50. Mr. Monroe was a delight. He (Brad) was experienced, patient, knowledgeable, and at all times professional. Initially I was somewhat concerned that the mileage between the Suncoast Reality Solutions office and the area in which I were looking to purchase a condo might present a problem. I can say, without a doubt, this Did Not happen. At all times, whenever I spoke to Brad regarding a viewing, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I was especially thankful for the fact that while Brad never once tried to steer me into purchasing a specific condo, he did keep me informed of possible structural, electrical, and plumbing pros and cons. Mr. Monroe was very knowledgeable in the finer points of house buying. Being an elderly, widowed female whose last experience with home buying was 50 years prior, I was most grateful to Mr. Monroe for his help in this matter. I always felt like Brad had my back. Anyone who chooses to enlist the help of Suncoast Reality Solutions, and more specifically Brad Monroe, while house hunting, will find the whole process less stressful, and considerably less painful.
