The service request process could not have been simpler. Everything about setting up the appointment and having the work done by Brian was easy, from my initial call with Steve to a follow-up call from Desiree to Brian himself. On Wednesday, the company called to schedule a time to give me a quote for a number of services I'm interested in, including unclogging my kitchen sink. I told them the drain was a major emergency, and a repairman came out that very day. Steve went above and beyond to assist us in every way. He devoted a good chunk of his day to figuring out the issue and, when necessary, calling for backup. The crew did a great job on a job that turned out to be more complicated than they had anticipated.

The tub in the master bedroom sprung a leak. Steve from Miami Plumbler promptly arrived, located the leak, and fixed it. When they opened the wall to make the repairs, they also found some faulty connections. Steve took care of everything and kept us updated at every stage. Highly competent; I plan to employ them again.

Next to the washer, a pipe burst, and we had to call Miami Plumbing to fix it. Wow. They responded promptly and expertly from the very beginning. Super cool Brian showed up to fix the issue.
