        A friend of mine who had used Cass Plumbing to do some of his plumbing work with, was how I first heard about them. I hired Cass Plumbing to replace my existing gas water heater. Robert installed it and did a very good job! I found him professional, kind and helpful. Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. He worked with me on the price which was important (as I am on a fixed income) to come in on budget and I sincerely appreciated this!         Very rude! I dont like giving bad reviews but I have had issues with several people in their office. There was attitude from the start of the phone call. (Multiple times) Not only incompetent, but rude, and will hang up mid-conversation. They dont seem to want to do their job.
