It's not an every day experience when you sell a tree to a Nursery, however Sunscape did truly involve me in the process, kept me up to date on the tree selling process, and the workers that showed up were beyond professional, incredibly hard working, and even after a snafu with the water lines, they patched everything up and were really nice about it. This company did everything that they advertised on the postcard and more.They contacted the county to come out to mark the utilities. They measured the palm and took pictures. They trimmed the palm and fertilized it. Mackenzie was very helpful and gave great guidance each step of the way. She took pictures of pygmy date palms and crepe myrtle trees so I could select the ones I wanted. She kept in mind the requirements that I had to adhere to for the City permit. The men were all very professional, kind and considerate when they came to remove our Canary date palm (that we loved but had been planted too close to an oak tree by the previous owner). Checked with me to see how I wanted the 2 replacement trees positioned before putting them in their new hole. Cleaned up the yard before leaving. Definitely would use them again. Continue with your current work ethics and you will always have satisfied customers.

Showed up with in the time frame given to us. These five men worked like a fine string orchestra. Everybody knew what to do and how to do it. The temperature here was definitely over 100 and nobody once complained. No slackers in that outfit the trees removed the yard was put back together, and we are very happy.

Got a couple post cards stating they would purchase palms. We had an overgrown canary palm that needed to go. After some working with schedules for a couple weeks they were able to get the tree out fast, filled the hole and gave us a check for a pretty nice amount. It was great doing business with them and look forward to future business! They clean the tree up on the spot which was nice seeing that the wifes dad that passed away planted the tree. She loved how pretty it looked after! We really didnt want to let it go after but it had to
