        Very professional yet friendly. I was greeted immediately and directed to frame options as I waited for technician assistant. AJ was excellent; patient, knowledgeable and even assisted with frame shapes for my face. He answered all my questions and assisted with my insurance.

        Lenscrafters lost a long time customer today. Spring in frames broke last year and was replaced a new frame under the $25 Replacement Plan, which was for one year, and expired a week after replacement. Today, three months later, the same thing happens to the new frame they replaced, and they refuse to replace the frames claiming their is no coverage for the new frame. Obviously, the frame springs were defective.

        Waiting time was minimal. Testing was done by an experienced professional and the doctor was knowledgeable addressed all my questions and gave me a very thorough eye exam. The salesperson knew all about my insurance and how to get the most for my money. All in all this is one doctors appointment I enjoyed. Thanks to all at LensCrafters!
