        If you are not aware on what your benefits cover, this facility will get over on you. They charged me unnecessary prices for a lens I did not ask for when I could have had the standard glass lens at a 0$ copay. Definitely wont be coming back, I knew something was off because I never paid that much at a different facility. Be careful

        Greedy optometrist, we asked for glasses/contact lenses eye testing , they run the insurance and asked for $50 fee, we paid and test was done, the eye test report did not have eye contact lenses numbers, when we asked we were told that we need to pay $100 to get the eye contact lenses numbers. We had testing at several locations in last 20 years and never paid extra for contact lenses numbers. Be careful
