College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Tampa

Stress free experience is a joke. I would give zero stars if my Hauling Service was bad but Erwin and Marcus were great. However my moving service was a nightmare. Was scheduled 12-2 window, 2 PM came and went with no call or heads up on when my movers would arrive. After me calling customer service for hours with a promise someone would call me back, I finally left at 6 PM after I had waited there all day. What do you know the second I get to my hotel I get a text saying the movers were about to be there which is unacceptable. I requested to reschedule for the next day, as I did not want to move into a storage unit at night with people I didnt know. What do you know- I get ghosted the next day after leaving many calls and voicemails. Thank god I another moving company that was able to do a same day move. College Hunks is Completely unreliable and unprofessional, to treat repeat customers this way. Better off getting someone else

I have exhausted all other options for communicating with College Hunks. On 2/21/23, an employee of Denver-area franchise owners Matthew and Crystal Brazzle hit my car while driving his work truck. He then illegally fled the scene without providing any information. This employee caused over $10,000 of damage to my car and nearly totaled it! To date, the Brazzles have failed to respond to any and all attempts to contact them by myself, multiple State Farm claims agents, and the Denver Police Department traffic detective assigned to the hit and run case. How is it that a nationally-known company that prides itself on professionalism and customer service can fail to respond and cover costs when they have been deemed 100% liable?? The total cost of repairing my vehicle is only 0.043% of your company's annual revenue, but it is a great deal of money to me. Make this right, please.

I called to book an estimate, which was scheduled for Tuesday. On Monday morning, I received a call from Sam, the rep, saying that he had a personal funeral to attend to and needs to postpone the appointment. I readily agreed, and expressed my sympathy. We were due to meet at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning. That time came and went. At 9:50 on Wednesday, I phoned the main office and asked if he was en route. He called me a few minutes later, telling me that he had some cancellation before our appointment and that he was going to come in 40 minutes. I could not wait around and asked why he could not let me know that he would be 40 minutes late. He did not apologize and quickly ended the call. I received an email from the company re-scheduling the appointment to today (Friday) between 9 am to 11 am. No show again. This company is unreliable and unprofessional!!! I would never recommend it to anyone. Get it together, College Hunks, you are not the only moving company out there.

Finally! Great service at competitive prices. They are no more expensive than any other company we looked at. Their prices are competitive. The 3 young men that moved us were the most courteous, clean, well mannered, well spoken, on time, accurate, professional, fast, and so very very careful with our property. Jacob, Braden, and Lucus...you are all now my new heroes! Our furniture was wrapped so perfectly and tightly. I could not get over how efficient, fast, and careful they were. And that they dressed appropriately, were well groomed, great communication skills etc. I am going to look into adopting all 3 of them. Haha! We have nothing but good things to say about all of you. College Hunks please recognize Jacob, Braden, and Lucas...you have 3 pearls here; take notice and compensate them well.

I have used this company for several moves and they have been gradually getting worse and worse. I will NEVER use them again. They were hired for a commercial move and they destroyed my furnishings and products. Came into my location and started tearing everything down, not wrapping anything and throwing product into boxes. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for supplies because most boxes were only filled half way, the trucks were also filled half way and they kept adding guys to my job and vehicles . They have turned into a rip off company that doesnt care about your stuff only on how fast they can get it done so they can move on to the next job. Do yourself a favor and look for other movers. I would have done a better job just throwing things in boxes myself but I thought they would handle my contents with care, and that was certainly not done!
