The whole process is so easy. Bringing your own storage unit to your place and being able to take your time un/packing is so convenient. It was also the lowest price when searching for storage options.

Let me start with "WOW"! I compared Red Rover with other similar companies and the price was so much lower. I called and spoke to someone for clarification on what I read on the website because it seemed too good to be true. I thought there had to be a catch for the price to be that good and it be so easy. No catch at all. I signed up on the phone and set the date to pick up our 16' Rover. The process was simple: drove our car, entered the gate, left our car and picked up the rover with their truck. Gas was even included! We had the entire day to load up the rover, which was incredibly easy with their ramp and dolly. We returned the rover and drove our car back. For a fraction of the cost of other companies, we stored our unit for 4 months and accessed once while it was there. That was simple too - we scheduled it online and they had the unit out there waiting for us when we arrived. When it was time to end our storage, the process was equally easy. The trucks were easy to drive, the unit was very clean and kept in a climate controlled area. Every time I spoke to someone on the phone or via chat to verify my pickup or access, every single person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The concept is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever need storage.

I would definitely suggest you use this company, they are a better value and very professional and clean. The communication is spot on, and you can contact them any time of the day or night.
