müv - Moving Experts

Literally the worst moving experience of my life!! I had a major life situation happening with fraud on my accounts and everything was locked down the moment the movers were at my home. Over the phone the agent was helpful with giving me alternatives on what could be done since we no didnt have a place to stay. So we routed the moving truck to a storage facility instead. I stayed behind to finish cleaning and thought everything was great. I come later after the finish putting everything in and I see the unit stacked to the ceiling. A few of weeks later after we start trying to move things we realize the entire unit is a safety hazard trying to pull things out. Im literally ducking from boxes. Fragile items are at the bottom getting broken. Tables are breaking from the pressure of boxes, items are scratched, dented, or broken. All I could do was cry and over a week we slowly salvaged what we could as slowly as possible. Clothes bags were busted from items just thrown in the unit. At this point I just took the loss - they took advantage of a terrible situation when we werent present to see what was happening. Now we have to replace items for way more than we spent on this company. Just very disappointed especially as a doctor working in a service industry this is unacceptable.

Had an absolutely great experience with this moving company from beginning to end. We moved from Tampa to Miami. All team members were respectful, hard-working and on time! They seemed to not get tired of moving stuff, great attitude!! Kevin, Connor, and the crew members Joe, Dylan, Marvenson and Gibson certainly deserve a 5 star rating!! By far the best moving company that Ive worked with thus far. Im sad the company doesnt do local moves in Miami but hope they expand their business to here one day. In addition, LOVE their branding!! The trucks really stood out! Im a very happy customer!

I have used muv twice now and they have been incredible. They protected and wrapped all my belongings and and everything was moved in and out perfectly! The guys were so kind and respectful and treated my items and home as if it were their own. It was a seamless move both times and cant say enough good things about them.

I have moved many of times. This was the first time I used Muv. I have never had a better experience. The movers were quick, friendly, professional. I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom from South Tampa to Westchase. Took 3 hours total. Thats with a 35 minute drive. I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family and will schedule with you for my next move. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with the move The movers that came by and helped made everything fast and easy so happy that I went with them for my move and I'll be sure to call them for my next apartment move.
