I had an issue beyond my skill set with my sxs. The repairs took some time to get done, but they fixed my ride! There's was a slight misstep with reconnecting everything, but the owner made right with me and I was very appreciative of that.

I had a fantastic buying experience here. Mark is professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he was freindly and not pushy. His communication throughout the entire process was amazing. I am very glad that I made the decision to purchase my Rebel 1100 from here. I will definitely buy another bike here in the future.

Only rating 1 star for the experience received from the service department in 2022. Schedule my motorcycle in for safety check and oil change since I havent rode it in a while and wanted someone to look it over. I took it over there and waited in the waiting room for 4 hours and then was told it was ready. I dont know mind the wait my problem was what they told me after. That all they did was an oil change when clearly I knew that my chain needed to be replaced. I spent too much on labor for an oil change and then when I asked why they didnt check the chain they said the appointment was for an oil change Even though it was not. I immediately called around after this experience and found a shop that took me in right away and they mentioned to me that the bike was unsafe because of the chain and was shock they left me like this. (Also labor was cheaper at the other shop) TLDR version: A company is only good as well as they treat their customers after the purchase.
