It seems to be one of the best locations to take your bike sit my son in there after he bought a ESP Warranty for $2,800 had some transmission work done on the bike a year later he decided to pump up the motor so you went from a 103 to 0110 all done by Harley within 3 months the bike started having issues they refused to fix it and when they did they argued with s&s saying it was their fault end up being over 9200.00 and 5 months later... He finally gets the bike back and they crush thread of the axle nut on the rear tire they repaired that and said he was no longer welcome for service back at Brandon Harley... The bike was in and out of there literally four times than that 5 months he only had the bike a matter of days kept finding parts missing bolts missing on the motor it was a joke Johnny the manager in service department is the worst customer service you could possibly get this service department is not the same as it was a couple years ago I wouldn't recommend this for anyone matter of fact I wouldn't let them wash my bike they probably would screw that up

Shout out to Chelsey (chubby) inside joke! Bought my bike from PCB shop. Called up Brandon shop and asked for a few more pictures. Chelsey immediately took several. Awesome service and great personality with everyone in both shops. Great job too everyone who helped me find the right bike for me! Highly recommend. When I pass through Brandon will stop by and thank her personally. Great job
