        Joshua has been able to help with several mortgages for me, including one out of state. He is one of the most knowledgeable Ive worked with. Doing most of his business in Florida, I was impressed he was able to do some quick back of the napkin math to give me some estimates, accounting for property tax rates in the Midwest when I called him on a whim to ask a quick question once- And he ended up being spot on when we closed and had our final payment. If you need someone who can walk you through all the details look no further.
