John is a great and professional man. Always professional, polite, and patient. He was also very personable and answered calls and text messages whenever he was asked and always went above and beyond. I had questions and was confused with certain things with this being my first home. John was there every step of the way and the transition from searching to a house to closing on a house was seamless and much easier than I thought. He was always there to lend a hand.
