I am amazed that you would rate our business with one star. I find it unfathomable that your rating is based on your not understanding the process of custom-tailored garments. Your suit was a special order and you were told to expect alterations. When your mother called, we reiterated that the alterations are a part of the process. When we took your measurements it was to best fit you as we ordered in the suit of your choosing. We even allowed you to pay a partial payment because yiu were a student that is something we rarely do because of prior incidents with people not paying for garments. We also made you aware of the fact that alterations were not included in your price. Your wanting a refund because you didn't like the suit or it not being a perfect fit does not reflect on the service, quality of goods or anything pertinent to your review. Our store policy clearly states "no refunds, only store credits or even exchanges within 72 hours of your purchase." We were well past that time and stand bu the policy. I ask that you rethink your review and base it on the service you received and the tailoring offered to best fit your chosen attire. We have several female clients the like men's suiting as it is more complimentary to their figure and esthetic. I think you will find the suit to be complimentary and you will look amazing!
