I needed to get some stuff situated with my loan, they said over the phone that I need to go in and sigh some documents. Go in I spoke to the lady who help me with my loan she was very nice, explain the situation to the head manager and she comes over and said to me You dont need to sign anything I already send an email to the head quarters manager, everything should be ok you dont need to sign anything. Here I am two weeks later and nothing, I called and they said didnt she called you? ( supposedly the lady who help me with the loan needed to give me a call) which I never received, the manager of the office blame her and her boss for the whole situation and tell me I needed to reapply for a new loan. They blame each other out and they cant get things done correctly! They should get better training including the manager of that office because she obviously doesnt what is she doing. I cant wait to be done with the loan and not have to do anything to do with them. If you arent dying or are a big need of a loan I will not recommend going with them. They will screw you an anyway they can.
